Dr. Hippal received his medical degree from Osmania University, India and completed his residency training in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Florida, where he was a chief resident from 1985 to 1986. He completed his fellowship in cardiology and Mount Sinai Medical Center in 1988. Dr. Hippal is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology and nuclear medicine. Dr. Hippal specializes in peripheral interventions.

Sarah Fox Saenz, ARNP, FNP-C received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her previous experience includes Intensive Care Unit nursing, working in a combined medical/surgical ICU in Des Moines, Iowa at a Level I Trauma Center. She is excited to bring her cardiac experience from bedside nursing into the role of Nurse Practitioner in our cardiology clinic.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading, spending time doing outdoor activities including hiking, cycling and camping and spending time with her family.
Shamika Spencer, APRN, ANP-BC received her Bachelor
and Master of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. She is
certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, American Nurses Association. Her experience
as an APRN includes cardiology, heart failure, vein clinic & sleep medicine. She is passionate in providing preventive cardiovascular care & a heart healthy lifestyle to her patients.
Christy Powell, DNP received her Doctor of
Nursing from University of Florida in
Gainesville, Fla. She completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing in Florida State University & a bachelor’s in Microbiology & Cell Science at University of Florida. Her experience includes nursing in cardiac cath, CICU with
clinical leadership & training. She is dedicated in patient centered cardiovascular care with fostering pharmacology & pathophysiology education.
